Plant and Fungal Functional Genomics
We use molecular biology, genetics, and genomics to understand how fungi cause disease and how plants defend themselves. Our research is focused on understanding how fungal genomes are regulated during infection, mechanisms that contribute to genome variation, and developing new insight and technology for crop protection. The lab is focused on hypotheses, driven by curiosity, and dedicated to member success and development.
